Tayla Damir at Love Island complains about people with bad spelling

She made headlines earlier this month by falsely accusing Celeb Spellcheck’s popular Instagram account of ‘bullying’ influencers by correcting their misspellings.

But Love Island Australia winner Tayla Damir seems to have changed her mind about the importance of correcting other people’s spelling.

Speaking to the Shameless podcast Monday, the 23-year-old Instagram influencer revealed that she is happy to correct misspelled messages sent from online trolls.

Pot, boiler, black? Tayla Damir, 23, at Love Island, (pictured) has complained about people with bad spelling – weeks after they complained about a popular account of ‘bullying’ her by correcting her typos yourself

“I don’t usually respond, but for those who have so many spelling mistakes, I feel it is a human duty to just tell them,” she said.

‘If you’re going to send me a hate message, at least spell’ you’re right! ‘ she said.

Tayla said she had even received a ‘horribly spelled hate message’ the night before, but decided not to go back.

‘So I had just corrected their spelling, and I thought it was the funniest thing in the world, and my dad was like,’ Don’t respond to them, Tayla ‘,’ she shouted.

Unsurprisingly, Tayla ‘s statements have boosted the energy of Celeb Spellcheck – who was famous at a sport in Tayla for mispronouncing the word’ competition ‘earlier this month.

At the time, Tayla hit back at Celeb Spellcheck by writing an online rant – accusing the account of ‘opening the door for bullies.

‘Swipe to hear her hypocritically say her‘ human duty ’is to correct other people’s spelling’: However, it was a case of sweet revenge on Monday when Celeb Spellcheck retweeted Tayla’s Instagram rant as well as a clip from her new Shameless podcast interview.

‘A few weeks ago, Tayla submitted this in response to being on this page. I did not respond, but decided not to show it again because it is clear that she did not appreciate it, ‘wrote Celeb Spellcheck in the caption.

Tayla quickly pulled over, writing a long rant on Instagram about cyber bullying and encouraging fans to think twice about following pages like Celeb Spellcheck.

‘I all want a little laughter and fun, but this account opens the door to direct bullying,’ she wrote in a long essay.

The finisher Miss Universe WA also defended her spelling mistake, explaining that she is ‘slightly dyslexic’.
