The acting community is mourning the passing of beloved actress Tanya Roberts, best known as the daughter of Bond and star of that 70s Show, at the age of 65.

The actress went out for a walk with her dog on Christmas Eve and came home and suddenly collapsed, according to TMZ.

Roberts was then taken to a local hospital and airlifted, but she ‘never recovered’ and died on Sunday, although her death was not related to COVID-19.

‘I’m very sorry to post this. Tanya died today. I am heartbroken. Mike Pringel, ‘he said.

Before she fell, sources told TMZ that she looked ‘completely healthy’ and engaged in video chats with her fans.

Roberts Victoria Leigh Blum was born in October 1955 in the Bronx, beginning her career as a fashion model in her late teens.

She married Barry Roberts when she was just 19, and began learning to be an actress at The Actors Studio alongside Lee Strasberg and Uta Hagen, where she began using her stage name Tanya Roberts.

Roberts made her film debut in 1975’s Forced Entry and then The Yum Yum Girls in 1976 and J. Edgar Hoover’s The Private Files in 1977.

She would then play the title character in Sheena before being promoted to the status of ‘Bond girl’ in 1985, A View To A Kill.
