Taiwan receives 5M doses of the COVID-19 vaccine at Moderna

Moderna, Inc., an innovative biotechnology company messenger and RNA (mRNA) vaccine, announced on February, 9, 2021 two supply agreements for Moderna COVID-19 vaccine: one with the Taiwanese government for 5 million doses and another by the Colombian government for 10 million doses. Under the terms of the agreements, delivery would begin in mid-2021. Moderna Vaccine COVID-19 is not currently approved for use in Taiwan or Colombia, and the Company will work with regulators to obtain necessary licenses prior to release. .
