Sylvester Stallone lists $ 110 Million Los Angeles Megamansion loaded with ‘Rocky’ memorabilia

Big screen action hero Sylvester “Sly” Stallone is primed and ready to part with his long home in Los Angeles, a sprawling estate that is set to be listed this week for $ 110 million.

The 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style distribution, located within the Beverly Park community, the city’s superstructure, will be listed by the Hilton & Hyland estate company, which has been certified.

Mr Stallone, 74, and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have been at the eight-room home through bail since 1998, property records show, but it is unclear what they paid for the property.

The actor’s mark on the home is incredible, from the many “Rocky” artworks and sculptures that pay homage to a film franchise – one of which stands across the Infinity Pool – to the film’s memories.

Some of these collectibles can be incorporated into home sales, according to listing agent Barron N. Hilton, who shares the listing with colleagues Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland and Tessa Hilton.

The house is “built for a king and queen,” said Mr Hilton, noting that the attention to detail in the building is “excellent.”

It is a storehouse of amenities, with a home gym, theater, several offices, balconies and a well-stocked bar.

“You just feel at home when you walk in,” Mr. Hilton said. “You can draw [you and] your family enjoying it. ”

In addition there are flat lawns, green lawns, a guest house designed by Richard Landry, and views from almost every room, even the garage, according to Mr. Hilton.

And the place of the home is a resource in itself.

“Beverly Park is perhaps one of the most popular communities in the country,” Mr Hilton said. With neighbors including Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart and Magic Johnson, “you are in good company. ”

The listing comes on the heels of Mr. Stallone’s purchase in December of a $ 35.3 million beach fertilizer in Palm Beach in Florida, a home with large windows, arched roofs, a gym, a temperature-controlled wine room and more than 250-feet of water-facing sands.

Mr Stallone is best known for directing the film franchises “Rocky” and “Rambo”. A representative for the star declined to comment.
