A paramedic riding an MDA motorcycle, Ran Levy, said: “The wounded man was lying on the sidewalk near the stores, unconscious and suffering from severe bleeding injuries to his body. We immediately began life-saving medical treatment, which included stopping bleeding and performing resuscitation. We quickly put him in an intensive care unit and evacuated him to the hospital in a critical condition while continuing to perform resuscitation operations. “
