It is reported that the controlling shareholders in the company, Gil Deutsch and Roni Biram, are in negotiations with the Keystone Fund, which is also managed by Deutsch and Biram, for the acquisition of their direct holdings in the company itself – which constitute about 65%, along with other controlling shareholders.

The Keystone Fund and Leumi Partners will purchase the shares in a ratio of about two-thirds to the Keystone Fund and about one-third to Leumi Partners. About 10 days ago, the Keystone Fund and the Helios Investment Fund purchased a memorandum stating that Helios would sell Keystone about 250 photovoltaic systems with a capacity of about 31 megawatts.

The fund has made a number of renewable energy deals, the most recent of which about 10 days ago – Keystone and the Helios Investment Fund signed a memorandum of understanding for a deal in which Keystone will purchase 250 photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of 31 megawatts.
