This is not a mass funeral or wedding. This is also not a mass party or celebration. This is an entire city that claims to be the cultural capital of Israel and to which the heads of the secular parties are heading in the run-up to the upcoming elections in three weeks – Tel Aviv-Yafo – which has become one big mass party in the last two weeks.

A secular friend, a resident of Tel Aviv, told me last week. I quote him verbatim, I did not touch: “Listen, you do not understand what is going on here. Catering places are open freely throughout the city and undisturbed. Everyone is celebrating. Not inside: outside. Under the auspices of the ‘takeaway’ excuse, the places of entertainment release food. “Drink, come on, party. Sometimes dozens gather together, sometimes hundreds.”

“I’m talking to you about the Dizengoff Center area but it’s not just there. You find such corners at night in many points in Tel Aviv. The municipal police often turn a blind eye. When he has to arrive after quite a few calls from responsible residents he announces a few posters, some people disperse for several minutes “The police are going and the party is back.”

This past weekend these sights climbed to an all-time high. Thousands of secular celebrants were observed throughout Tel Aviv-Yafo at various points in the city while desecrating mass Shabbat in the public space and with zero adherence to Ministry of Health guidelines.

After the social media was flooded with embarrassing documentation from all directions, the commercial media, which for months hit the ultra-Orthodox public and attributed to it exclusively and collectively the “denial to Corona”, found it difficult to ignore and covered the crime scenes in silk gloves.

These thousands of celebrants have some kind of political home. Fact: Avigdor Lieberman, Yair Lapid, Nitzan Horowitz and the other leaders of the secular parties are stamping their feet in their strongholds in order to gain their support on Election Day.

Has the commercial media on all its wings and branches sought to accept their so-called condemnations of their public actions? You made her laugh. You also laughed at Yair Lapid and Avigdor Lieberman.

This is exactly why the only thing that has preoccupied these two in the last day is the nasty investigation that attributed the absurdity that characterizes the work of the Ben Gurion Airport Exceptions Committee to the ultra-Orthodox sector and its political patrons. “On the violations and that their enforcement is subject to the Israel Police.

This is exactly what the corrupt and unofficial collaboration between the commercial media and the heads of the secular parties kicking the ultra-Orthodox head at any given moment looks like: individual crimes are attributed to an entire sector and their political patrons only when it comes to ultra-Orthodox. The guidelines of the Ministry of Health and harm to their health – are not at all of interest to them.

It’s time to unveil their faces and stop this corrupt party.
