Spotify is the latest tech company to move to a flexible working model following the Covid-19 pandemic.
The streaming company announced on Friday that it is changing the “Work from Anywhere” module, which allows employees to choose whether they want to be in the office full time, be at home full time or a combination of the dithis.
The company will also introduce more flexibility around locations, so employees will be able to choose the country and city where they work. Spotify membership will provide a collaborative space for employees who choose to work remotely but still want a specific workplace.
“As part of our ongoing effort in our Dynamic Workplace, we are re-evaluating our offices around the world for greater sustainability, flexibility and wellbeing to ensure that all our employees, whatever their ability or position, to work comfortably and efficiently, “the company said in a blog post.” The ultimate goal of our new design approach is to ensure employees have a place where they can focus. , collaboration and creativity – whether that ‘s at a desk, in a conference room, or in café spaces. “
