- Put the chicken, ginger, garlic, honey, soy, oyster and Sriracha sauce into the bowl of the slow cooker and mix. Cover and cook on low for 6hr, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken with slotted spoon to cutting board. Squeeze the cooking liquid into a medium saucepan. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour with 2tbsp of the cooking liquid to form a thick dough. Add the cornflour dough to the pan and rub over medium-high heat for 2min until thick, whistling continuously.
- Chop the chicken into food-sized pieces, add to the thick sauce and cook straight until heated through. Sprinkle over the sesame seeds and spring onions, if using them, and serve with rice and broccoli if desired.
