Cleo ‘cle0h’ Hernandez’s online personality released a nine-page statement on Tuesday night, in which she detailed allegations of sexual assault and domestic abuse against her current boyfriend Jay “sinatraa” Won is a VALORANT pro player for the Sentinels.
cle0h and sinatraa who were dated for nine months before ending their relationship half way through 2020. She has been mostly silent about her relationship with the professional esports player since they broke up, however she decided to break that silence and come up with her story Tuesday.
“What I want to talk about is the sexual abuse that was common throughout most of our relationship,” cle0h said in the opening section of her recitation. “I’ve never wanted to talk about this and I’m still very sad about this issue, but I’m really tired of keeping this a secret.”
In the document – which is highly graphic so readers should be warned before continuing to read – she says:
- Sinatraa refused to wear a condom and ended up in her womb without her consent the first time they had sex
- Many times, sinatraa continued to have sex with her, despite her saying no and telling him she was in pain.
- Sinatraa was constantly emotionally manipulating her to have sex when she didn’t want to
- sinatraa was always manipulating her by threatening to break up with her
As evidence for her sexual assault attacks, she provided an audio recording from a consensually recorded video, where she is clearly heard saying “no”, while sinatraa refuses to stop. According to cle0h, this was not an isolated incident and would instead occur regularly during the course of the relationship.
Cle0h also provided several screenshots of text conversations with sinatraa to support her claims about his emotional misconduct.

Towards the end of her statement, cle0h explained the impact of sinatraa actions on her mental health and wellbeing, saying, “it may be a year later but I am still dealing with the damage it has done to me. every day. I had to give up interests and love in an effort not to see his face or hear his voice. I have been exposed to countless sexual assault gaps. Speaking in anonymous groups for women who have been assaulted. I spent over a year in medicine trying to heal myself and get back what he had taken from me. ”
You always say that there is no proof that you can’t believe a woman is accusing someone and I urge you to understand that “proof” is that concrete you are looking for, and to believe and hear me, ”she urged. “This is the weakest thing I’ve ever done and I would not risk being interrupted by thousands of people lying down. It’s too established for me to say that it hurt me to do any real damage, I know that. I don’t want to make him feel anywhere near how he made me feel. I just don’t want to keep this secret any longer. ”
