Shruti Haasan on Saturday posted a series of photos with her father, who is undergoing leg surgery. This is the first time since the surgery that Kamal Haasan’s photos have been shared with family members, and the actor seems to be recovering well.
Shruti captioned the photos, “Daddy dearest.”
On January 19, Shruti and his sister Akshara Haasan had informed fans and the media that his father had undergone successful surgery for his leg injury he suffered a few years ago. The actors thanked Kamal’s fans for their prayers and earnestness, and also said that he was “doing well, in good spirits and working towards a speedy recovery.”
Kamal Haasan revealed about the surgery on the very end of the Bigg Boss Tamil season four in January itself. He was said to be appearing on the show because he wanted to take any opportunity to spread rumors about his health.
On the working side, Kamal Haasan is ready to start shooting for Vikram Lokesh Kanagaraj and Indian 2 at Shankar.
