Former husband Seb Guilhaus and Elizabeth Sobinoff announced their horrific split for fans.
And on Thursday, the 31-year-old appeared to be in the middle of a tight phone call while running through errors in his hometown of Adelaide.
The hunting personal trainer looked deep into thought while texting and then talking on the phone perhaps to his ex-reality star.

Despite his usual happy personality, Seb didn’t look so great when he visited the Vodafone store while running post-gym errors.
Clearly the health and wellbeing guru had just come from work alongside what he had seen earlier carrying gym gear along with coffee.
For an early morning workout, Seb would wear a black singlet that relieved his bulging biceps along with a pair of sporty shorts.

He completed his athletic attire with a pair of sunglasses and black joggers. It was supported by a combination of rings and bracelets.
Seb revealed some of the reasons for the split with Lizzie in a long post he posted to Instagram on Wednesday.
Seb explained a number of personal problems including a difficult move from Adelaide to Sydney that caused the couple to grow apart.

‘I grew up from Adelaide, left family and friends with an idea of which side I wanted to be in charge of a career but nothing in stone,’ he said.
After moving to Sydney, Seb explained that he ‘immediately felt completely isolated’.
‘It’s a different culture, a different energy, with very few people knowing it. Liz was my family and friends at that stage, ‘he wrote.

Seb was left with a broken heart after his cat, Little Savage, died in Adelaide.
Meanwhile, the Covid-19 crisis continued to raise taxes, forcing Seb to cancel his wellness seminar.
Unfortunately for Seb, he also broke his leg and damaged three ligaments after his first game for his new football club.

Seb then experienced a near-death tragedy while driving back to Adelaide.
Sharing a photo to Instagram of the remains of a burnt-out Ford Falcon, he explained: ‘I was driving 95km / h and suddenly exploded into flames and I almost go up with it. ‘
At the time, his car was filled with equipment and supplies worth thousands of dollars, which was destroyed.

When he returned to Adelaide, the couple announced their separation.
The pair shared similar statements on their social media accounts to fans.
They have indicated that they have been friendly since the breakup.
