Sean Williams ended a century in an unbeaten eight-wicket center of 124 with Donald Tiripano as Zimbabwe fought back against Afghanistan to leave the second Test in the balance.

Zimbabwe looked down on the barrel of innings losses when they were reduced to 142-7 after that and Afghanistan slid by 116 runs.

Williams went ahead again with Raza, both adding 38 for the fifth wicket from 102-4, just for Rashid then to beat three times in two goals as Zimbabwe lost three wickets for two runs.

Williams and Tiripano, however, kept the game alive and there could now be an exciting fifth day in a Test match that Afghanistan has ever controlled from a 545-5 posting announced in the first innings. aca.
