Shirbit’s attackers broke into another company
The group of hackers BlackShadow, which is behind the break-in of the insurance company Shirbit about four months ago, attacked another Israeli company. Today (Saturday), members of the cell announced – after a day of threats – that they had infiltrated the databases of KLS Capital, a company that deals with financing vehicles.
“We are here to update you on a cyber attack against KLS Capital Ltd. located in Israel,” the attackers wrote in their telegram group. “Their server has been destroyed and their customer details are in our possession. “After 72 hours of negotiations, they have decided not to pay 10 bitcoin coins and now we want to gradually leak some of their data.”
As they did the previous time, last Wednesday the BlackShadow group issued a first threatening announcement, which read “Noisy news soon”. This morning, around 10:20, they posted another threat with blurry photos of customers under the message: “Last warning to the company.”
