Dynasty Heroes a stranger to other companies and Nintendo Direct confirmed today that they are just coming. Along with news about Hyrule Heroes: Age of Calamity receiving an extension pass, Koei Tecmo officially appeared Samurai Warriors 5, also.
Replacing the old Chinese Dynasty Warriors setting for Japan’s Sengoku Time, Koei Tecmo released this view:
Samurai Warriors 5 marks a new remake of the franchise, featuring a modern story, as well as a revamped character design and an elegant new visual presentation. A fresh start to the Samurai Warriors experience, the title launches gamers into the Sengoku era, shining the game’s attention on the characters Nobunaga Oda and Mitsuhide Akechi. But what’s behind Samurai’s electronic reef? Find out through the monthly live stream Samurai Warriors 5, starting February 25 JST, with regular updates leading up to the game’s launch in the summer!
We’ve seen it before Samurai Warriors 3 back on Nintendo Wii in 2010. 4 and Sanada Spirit they’re also on Switch, but unlike 3, they never got local. Available in Summer 2021, we won’t be long waiting for more details.
