Rupert Everett has revealed that he was caught by Colin Firth while filming sex scenes together in the 2007 comedy St Trinian.
The actor, 61, spoke of his surprise over the scenes with Piers Morgan’s Life Stories guest, in a program to be broadcast on Thursday night.
Looking back at the romantic scene between Colin ‘s character Camilla Fritton and Geoffrey Thwaites, he said:’ Strange thing, I had no idea Colin was going to talk to me. ‘

Piers asked if Colin ‘really put his tongue in’, and Rupert mocked: ‘Nice. Yeah. Totally going for it. Yeah. I said, Colin, respect me. ‘
The guest mocked Rupert about his crush on Colin when they were younger, and the Importance Of Being Earnest star disliked: ‘Yeah, I was in shock after then. ‘
Earlier in their conversation, Rupert confessed to Piers that he fell in love with Colin when he met him on an Other Country set in 1984.

Detailing the frozen experience at the time, Rupert admitted that they did not get on as he told Piers: ‘No, we did not. Well, first, I went to look at it. He was playing my part in the play and I fell in love with him.
‘Well, I just got pressed. I got pregnant with it and we were hanging out together all the time. And then I realized we were completely different people. ‘
Going on to discuss Rupert and Colin’s 20-year feud, Piers began: ‘He said on the Other Country set, you were a full b ***** d. ‘
Crush: Earlier in their conversation, Rupert confessed to Piers that he fell in love with Colin when he met him in Another Country in 1984 (pictured), and that was also when their sex began.

Piers asked if Rupert, since becoming friends again, had told Colin about his crush, and the star of My Best Friend ‘s Wedding said:’ Yes, of course. ‘
