The gaming laptop, the ROG Strix SCAR 15 from ASUS, is the fulfillment of my childhood fantasies – easy to carry, comfortable to hold and a monster of performance that allows you to fully enjoy the most demanding games on the market, without compromising on quality. The STRIX SCAR 15 is not cheap, it is important to note this, but it is a wise investment if you are a gamer at heart and certainly for e-sports players who want to make it a serious profession or hobby. The computer is equipped with a powerful AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and a GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card, one of the most powerful and advanced on the market today, which is evident in every action you take and every game.
The amazing video card is equipped with 16GB of memory, and the computer itself holds 32GB of memory, (twice 16GB of DDR4) – bottom line these numbers will make sure two things: that there will be no game or software that will not run or run optimally and you will not notice any indication of Effort on the part of the computer, without overheating of the mobile body or charging noises.

Add to that one of the most comfortable keyboards I’ve ever experienced, an optical mechanical keyboard that literally caresses your fingers with every touch (and of course is also bright and adjustable) – these little additions really complete the gaming experience. The built-in sound system is very high quality, at the right intensities and saves the need to install external speakers. In terms of battery life, it is demanding while playing, but is sufficient for 12 consecutive hours of media viewing, and in any case supports extremely fast charging.
In conclusion, I chose to run on the laptop some of the most demanding games currently on the market, Microsoft’s flight simulator (in maximum settings – amazing), cyberpunk (minus the existing problems in the consoles), the spectacular Hitman 3 and the medium. There is an option using the ARMOURY CRATE option to speed up the performance of the mobile, but you will not need it. All the titles ran smoothly, with amazing visual capabilities that illustrate how advanced the powerful video card RAY TRACING technology is with advanced DLSS capabilities – more than once I just stopped playing and looked at breathtaking reflections and views.
