Following his appointment as CEO of international investment firm Verlinvest earlier this year, Roberto Italia has decided to step down immediately from Cavotec’s Board of Directors to focus on that role. Roberto Italia has been a member of the Cavotec board since 2018.
Patrik Tigerschiöld, chairman of the Cavotec board, said: “I would like to thank Roberto for his valuable contribution during our time on the board, and wish him every success.”
