Robert Kirkman confirms that ‘Invincible’ animated film is still under development

In a recent interview with Weekly entertainment, Robert Kirkman was asked about the status of the Incredible film and confirmed that it is at a “very early” stage. He said the project was “significantly” in development. The creator said that their plan has not changed, but that they are just taking a long time. He noted that they have been “lucky enough” to have a two-way plan Incredible. Kirkman said they have now acquired the animated series at Amazon, which is now about to launch, and are still developing it as a film series with Universal Pictures, starring Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg attached.
