This year’s Grammys are in real life but done a little differently, held between four stages of the venue at the Staples Center, where it was held for several years. Beyoncé was nominated for the biggest awards tonight for Black Is King. Her total career nomination equates to 79, the highest number for any female artist. We are all waiting to see what the Queen Bee will wear. Roddy Rich, Taylor Swift, and Dua Lipa are up for six nominations each.

Some artists are confused by the Grammys such as The Weeknd, which boycotts with an unnamed, albeit one of his highest-grossing albums: After hours. Justin Bieber is also absent because of the sadness that his album “Changes” was nominated for best pop album and not the genre that made him name the album for: Best R&B Album. Also following suit with their honors with the academy are Zayn Malik, Halsey, and Kanye West.
