Recipe: Shilpa Shetty makes us drool with healthy home spinning to choco spread

Bringing a healthy home version of the choco-spread that deserves a drool, Shilpa poured the beans on how to make breakfast and lunch time for the kids ’fun.

Embracing her social media treatment, Shilpa shared a video that gave a man not only through the recipe but also the steps in shaking up a chocolate spread that was full of health benefits. In a caption, Shilpa said, “Making breakfast and mealtimes for children is not just a mission. Not only should the food be tasty and creative, but they also need to be healthier. So I tried this healthy homemade Choco-spread (sic). ”

She said, “It is completely devoid of the amount of reconstituted sugar found in the spreads available in the market (sic).” Building on the benefits of maple syrup, Shilpa revealed, ” maple syrup is a great alternative to sugar. It has antioxidant properties, provides vitamins & minerals, and is satiating. You have to try to do this at home, your kids and you will enjoy it (sic)! ”

Ingredients:

2 cups dried roasted hazelnuts without starch

2 teaspoons coconut oil (melted & cooled)

2/3 cup or cocoa powder

7 dates (soft)

½ a cup of pure maple syrup

1 cup almond milk (add more if needed)

½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Method:

Add hazelnuts to a high-powered blender or food processor (one that can make peanut butter). It will be powdered like almond flour after the first mixture. Here, stop the machine to move sides and scrape down, then continue mixing and repeat until smooth and creamy like coconut butter.

Now, add the remaining ingredients and mix / process until smooth and creamy (add more almond milk if needed to thin out). Meal!
