Kjorn Ottley replaced Chemar Holder
West Indies they chose to bat vs. Bangladesh
After playing in the opening game, West Indies captain Jason Mohammed chose to bat in the second ODI in an attempt to keep the series alive.
While Mohammed expected his bats to raise a good sum, Bangladesh captain Tamim Iqbal said he wanted to make a bowl first because “you never know this wicket”.
The West Indies had established six editors in the first ODI. On Friday, they gave another debate, to top-left fighter Kjorn Ottley who replaced Chemar Holder. That was the only change they made. Bangladesh, meanwhile, went with an unchanged XI.
The game is played on the same pitch as the first ODI. So spinners are expected to get a good buy again. There is no forecast for rain.
