The 25th round of the French league continues tonight (Sunday) and in the spotlight – the leader Lille was stopped and finished with a very disappointing 0: 0 against Brest at home, and as a result only a point separates her from the champion PSG. Monaco also stumbled but squeezed a dramatic point in the 92nd minute, en route to a 2-2 draw against Lorraine.
Lil – Brest 0: 0
The big winner – Paris Saint-Germain. After six consecutive victories, the table leader has stopped and is just a point above the champion and three above Lyon. Despite controlling the ball, Lille recorded only one threat to the frame and had a hard time at home. Brest can be pleased with the point she has collected and is in 12th place in the table
Monaco – Lorraine 2: 2
After no less than seven consecutive league victories, the host stopped and moved away from the top three but her place is stable in fourth place. On the other hand, the team from the bottom took an important point and is only one point above the red line and with a game missing. There was a real drama in the game itself – Lorraine surprised with a successful penalty from Terem Mofi (7), Wissam Ben Yader responded with his own penalty (48), but Mofi again arranged the lead for the visitors (62). Everything was ready for a super surprising result, but Ben Yadar completed his own pair with a goal in the 92nd minute.
