Prince Harry gives advice to grieving children in a new book

Prince Harry of Britain has written the introduction for a new book aimed at the children of frontline workers who died in the COVID-19 pandemic, sharing the pain he suffered as a boy from after the death of his mother, Princess Diana.

Harry writes that at the age of 12, he left his mother, “a big hole in them,” according to excerpts from the book published in the Times of London. Diana died in a car crash in Paris in August 1997.

‘Hospital by the Hill’, by Chris Connaughton, is the story of a young hospital worker who died during a pandemic. It is given to children who have suffered similar losses.

“While I wish I could hood you right now, I hope this story can comfort you in the knowledge that you are not alone,” Harry wrote in the future. “When I was a young boy I lost my mother. At the time, I didn’t want to believe it or accept it, and it left a big hole in me. I know how you feel, and I want to make sure that hole is filled with so much love and support. ” Harry has thought several times of the constant pain he suffered from the sudden death of his mother. He has made mental health awareness a key part of his charitable work.

“We all deal with loss in a different way, but when a parent goes to heaven, I have been told that they do not have the spirit, the love and the memories,” Harry wrote, “They are always together with you, and you can hold on to them forever. This is true. ”
