Reflecting on being pregnant with a child in long writing, Helen wrote: ‘Finally in my third trimester. 7 months now.

‘I’ve definitely found that this pregnancy is a challenge after having a hyperemesis gravidarum pregnancy and I haven’t felt like myself since I fell pregnant I’m still getting severe nausea -some days but just thankful I no longer have hyperemesis gravidarum and can be a mother to the girls and get around to doing things.

‘I’m worried about my work. I’ve always been a little scared about giving birth and scared of all the labor even though I’ve been lucky enough to do two good jobs.

‘Midwives are just amazing. I am trying a hypnotherapy course this time. For me I work myself in my head which is far worse than the actual labor. ‘

Helen went on to describe how she has struggled with back pain while pregnant, so it has made it difficult for her to bond her daughters Matilda and Delilah, and her boyfriend. Scott Sinclair helps with bath time and puts them to bed.

She continued: ‘I would really like a girl or a boy. I would love to have three daughters and sisters together, a girl gang and I would love to have a little boy son because it is a completely new experience.

‘I just feel lucky to be dating other women close to me without having such an easy time.

‘This is definitely my last pregnancy. I had Matilda at 24 and I wanted my kids to be close and it just feels right to me.

‘I would never want to go through the hyperemesis again, it would not be fair to the children I already have and I want to pay as much attention to each child as each other.

‘I thought I would feel sad if I knew I was carrying my last but the hyperemis has been a blessing because that has taken it away.’

Helen told her followers that she will go to hospital when she goes to work despite considering a home birth, because she said she would feel ‘more relaxed’ in hospital.

The soap star has been suffering from hyperemesis – a pregnancy problem characterized by nausea, vomiting, dehydration and weight loss. The media figure has admitted that she wants to ‘eat all the time’ so that she feels better.
