According to a report by Meaww, Popular rapper and singer Post Malone will be part of Pokemon’s 25th anniversary celebrations and there would also be a high-profile concert. Not just performances by world-renowned artists, an additional Pokemon Go event would also take place among other events. The digital concert will air on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at 7 PM EST. Fans who want to play into that virtual performance can do so by visiting The Pokémon Company’s official Twitch and YouTube accounts.

The performance will also be broadcast on the official 25-year-old website, giving people more than one way to view and stream it. Fans can also watch a curated selection of music programs on the Pokemon animated series on the same day as the concert. This can be done through Pokemon TV, either online or by downloading the app. The highly anticipated event is being held in partnership with Universal Music Group. The Pokémon Company has also revealed that fans should expect more events to be announced ahead of the Post Malone digital concert, but details of the same have not been released yet.

The 25-year-old singer took to Instagram the news of the virtual concert. He shared a video in which he is seen getting out of his car and walking to the platform, while a voice in the background says how the 25 years of Pokémon were only capable of because of the fans.
