Makers Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar on Tuesday released the second trailer, much to the delight of fans, who have been waiting for its release for a year now. Managing director Dibakar Banerjee, who was preparing for its release on March 20, 2020, was postponed due to the onset of a pandemic of coronavirus infection in the same month. It has been renamed and will now arrive in theaters on March 19th.

We did the basic moves again and then just for it … We wanted the violence between them to be real which meant they had to hit each other which became a big problem because they are old friends and Arjun is very calm. It is double the size of Pari and has hands like sledgehammers. By the time the firing was over, we stopped counting the brushes on Pari. So she did. But I like the scene where she drags Arjun back. I wouldn’t want to be at the end of that one. “
