PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police have released a new investigative video of two men who wanted to kill a man who was walking his dog in Brewerytown on Wednesday night. The video shows the two suspects approaching Milan Loncar, 25-year-old, last night at 31 and Jefferson Streets in Brewerytown.
Police believe they tried to steal Loncar before he once shot in the chest.
When police arrived, Loncar was still holding his dog’s leash.
Loncar recently graduated from Temple University.
A reward of $ 20,000 is being offered for information that will lead to arrest.
If you identify one of the suspects, you will be asked to call the police.
