Phil Mickelson out of the top 100, Rory McIlroy out of the top 10 in the world rankings

Phil Mickelson entered the official World Golf Course at No. 580 after finishing 19thth in the 1990 Northern Telecom Open.

Three years later, he won the International and moved first within the top 100. Twenty – eight years later, he is back out.

After nearly three decades within the top 100 in the world rankings, Mickelson is now at No. 101.

At the other end of the spectrum, Bryson DeChambeau is back inside the top 10. Thanks to his victories at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, DeChambeau jumped five places to No. 6.

His move moved into Rory McIlroy. McIlroy, who tied for 10th at the API, dropped three places to No. 11. This is the first time in three years that he has not been ranked among the top 10 in the world.

Bay Hill runner Lee Westwood moved eight places to No. 31. Corey Conners, who finished alone in third place, went from 60 to 44. Among the promotions for those who tied for fourth: Jordan Spieth (62 to 52), Richy Werenski (141 to 102) and Andrew Putnam (163 to 123).
