The Pakistan cricket team seems to have joined the ongoing ‘pawri ho rahi hai’ movement after beating South Africa in the 3rd T20I to make the three-match series at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, to win. In a video, shared with the official Twitter account of the Pakistan Cricket Board, the ranger Hasan Ali can be seen recreating the viral meme “pawri” with his team.
“Yeh mai hu. Yeh meri team hai. Aur hum jeet gae hai aur pawri kar rahe hai (This is me. This is my team. And we are partying after we won the series), ”Ali says in the clip and the team marking on the back.

The viral clip, which has amassed more than 3 lakh views after being shared online, has left netizens amused. “The kinda pawri we need right now 🤣,” a user wrote while replying to the tweet.
