During the current weekend and early next week, spring weather will continue to prevail, but then a sharp upheaval is expected with the penetration of particularly cold air from Russia directly into our region.
Today (Friday) will be partly cloudy to clear, there will be a slight drop in temperatures and they will still be slightly higher than usual for the period. Tomorrow will be partly cloudy to clear with no significant change in temperatures.
Meteo Tech forecaster Nahum Malik updated that on Sunday it will be partly cloudy to clear, with a slight rise in temperatures – and they will be higher than average in most parts of the country.
On Monday it will be partly cloudy and a slight cooling will be felt. On the third days the spirits will be strengthened and your father will be made. During the day it may rain in the north of the country. Towards night, the winter system will intensify – and it will be rainy and stormy in the north and center of the country. Very cold air will enter Israel, which is expected to cause snow on Mount Hermon, and later also in the Golan Heights and the Galilee mountains.
Wednesday will be stormy: heavy rains have fallen across the country, accompanied by thunderstorms and hail, and strong winds will blow. There are fears of floods and flooding. A sharp drop in temperatures is expected. Snow will continue to fall in the northern mountains, and it is expected to spread to the central mountains, including in the Jerusalem area.
