A record of Muller that Lewandowski will be able to break already this season is the number of goals per season. The former German striker holds a record of 40 conquests per season (1971/72). In contrast, the Pole has so far scored 35 Bundesliga goals, after just 26 rounds. Unless something out of the ordinary happens, it is hard to believe that he will not be able to score at least five more goals in the eight rounds that remain for Bayern.
