Officially: Georgia allows Israelis to enter

One of the Israeli tourist’s favorite countries, Georgia, allows Israeli citizens to enter its territory. Those who have received both doses of the vaccine will be able to enter the country without any restriction, provided they present a document confirming that they are vaccinated against Corona.
Those who are not resilient will also be able to enter the country, but must present a negative corona test result from the 72 hours prior to arriving in the country. In addition, they will need to fill out a form stating their travel history in the 14 days prior to arriving in Georgia, with contact information.

Anyone visiting two weeks prior to arriving in Georgia in England or Ireland will need to go into solitary confinement for 12 days. Starting tomorrow (February 8), public transportation in the country will resume except on Saturdays and Sundays. Public transport between cities is not yet operating.

The Georgian Embassy emphasizes that all open and closed markets will operate in full except on Saturdays and Sundays. Starting on February 15, the restaurants and food stalls will also be open in the open air.

Currently, there are no commercial flights from Ben Gurion Airport until at least February 21.
