“NIS 100 million and the ball carriers have disappeared”

After five games without a loss, and although it was not far from a surprise, Hapoel Hadera tasted tonight (Saturday) the taste of a 1: 1 loss against Maccabi Haifa. A moment after the whistle, the winds of the intruders stormed and Menashe Zelka, the team captain, was furious at the waste of time: “NIS 100 million budget and at the end the ball carriers disappeared.”

Hadera’s anger did not end here, and the team manager, Itzik Tapiro, demanded that the observer who arrived on behalf of the principal “indicate in the report that they were not bringing bullets, because if it was the other way around – it was in the report.”

“To reach Sami Ofer in front of a quality team and with such momentum and make the game look like that? Not comforting at all, not even by an inch, it’s a pity we didn’t come out with points,” concluded Hadera coach Sharon Mimar, at the end. “We are a team that has something to sell on every pitch, we will take this conduct further and it will bring us points. Whoever saw the game saw a team that coaches itself, we did not come to shut down. We are used to disrespecting Hadera, but we have self-pride. We know what we are worth.”

On the depth of the squad, Mimar said: “Hadera, with its budget, can not hold two good positions per position. We have a good squad and we will try to bring in two players in January to help existing players. I am very pleased with the modest staff on this low budget, we are doing beautiful things.”

Maccabi Haifa rejected the claims and claimed that there was no problem with the ball carriers.
