The fashion label Superdry has signed a three-year contract with football star Neymar to promote the organic underwear and sleepwear collection.
The company said the partnership with Neymar will advance Superdry’s sustainable vision for future fashion.
The vendor is supporting 400 farmers in India, in the transition to organic farming, as part of the brand’s Grow Future Thinking campaign. Superdry aims to be a 100 percent organic cotton brand by 2030.
“Neymar’s passion for creating positive change through the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. aligns with our goals of achieving the most sustainable outcome, while protecting our planet and support our people in everything we do, ”said Julian Dunkerton, CEO and founder of Superdry.
The brand also pledges to support the Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr (INJR) in Praia Grande, where Neymar Jr. grew up. The association works to expand opportunities for children, teenagers and their families living in socially vulnerable settings, through education, culture, sport and health.
