Osayi-Samuel to join Fenerbahce this month

Queens Park Rangers have decided to release Bright Osayi-Samuel immediately after reaching an agreement with Fenerbahce on Saturday.

Earlier this month, the 23-year-old signed a pre-contract with Turkish club Super Lig and was initially expected to join them at the end of the season.

He has not played for Championship clothing since January 12th.

“An agreement has been reached with Queens Park Rangers FC to transfer Bright Osayi-Samuel to our club to be completed in the mid-season transfer window,” read the club statement .

West Brom considers Musa’s move

West Bromwich Albion will consider the option of signing Nigerian captain Ahmed Musa on a short-term contract this week, according to Post on Sunday.

The former Leicester City striker has been a free agent since leaving Saudi Arabia club Al Nassr in October 2020.

The report says the Baggies have applied for a UK visa for the 28-year-old and would expect his medical examination on Wednesday.

Nigerian midfielder Nnamdi Ofoborh has agreed a pre-contract with Premier League giants Rangers, reports Daily schedule.

It is reported that Steven Gerrard sees the 21-year-old as an option to support his midfield options and also wants to sign Jack Simpson, a Bournemouth team player, who plays as a protector.

Ofoborh has struggled for playing time at Vitality Stadium this season and has been limited to just three Championship appearances so far.

Esiti completes Goztepe loan move

Turkish club Super Lig Goztepe have completed the signing of Anderson Esiti on loan for the rest of the season from PAOK.

The Nigeria midfielder was limited to nine appearances in the Greek Super League earlier in this campaign and will be aiming for more first-team chances in Turkey.

Esiti joins teammate Brown Ideye and Obinna Nwobodo alongside Mali’s Fousseni Diabate in Unal Karaman’s team.
