New TV based on Mini LED technology for the first time at CES 2021

LG is unveiling an innovative technology called QNED on their new TVs at the CES trade show, which runs Jan 11-14, 2021. The QNEDs are made up of thousands of Mini LEDs that create new version of backlighting for LCD TV, increasing color brightness and smash depth.

The QNED Mini LED TVs, the latest addition to LG’s line of LCD TVs, use thousands of Mini LEDs (up to 30,000 depending on the model), as a light source, offering unprecedented brightness and contrast. never on LCD TV.

According to the manufacturer, this new technology provides a new immersive experience in LCD, with more explosive colors, deeper blacks, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz for more fluid and natural screen movements.
