Neighbors Coleen and Wayne Rooney stop building a passenger site

Neighbors of the famous family have thwarted plans to convert land near the £ 20 million Coleen and Wayne Rooney estate in Cheshire into a commuter site.

The Sun reports that a petition has begun with locals of more than 1,000 signatures to stop the proposed site, which was being turned from former agricultural land.

The land is located somewhere between former Manchester United player Wes Brown and the home of Real Housewives Of Cheshire star wife, and Rooneys property – which includes a luxury underground spa and gym, cinema room, 40 acres of land with stables and full -size football pitch.

Plans were led by Michael Maloney, a ‘member of the Irish traveling community’, with the site as one of three in the county.

East Cheshire Council has now blocked the plans, following complaints.

Complaints included the lack of COVID-19 preparations in the proposals, as well as the site posing a ‘threat to the local community’ and a ‘fear of more crime’.

According to a planning report, ‘more people and caravans were living on the site, eventually 13 touring caravans, taking up between 40 and 50 people’, leading to a council trial to stop put on any construction work.

Maloney’s design and accessibility statement said: ‘[We have] immediate accommodation requirement ‘. He said his former home in Stortford Bishop of Essex was set on fire in a burning attack last spring.

This is said to be the result of a bitter quarrel going on between two families – the Maloneys as one of them.

The Maughan family is said to have been angered by Maloney’s construction and pavement industry.

In April, his £ 400,000 estate, Hill Top Yard, was laid to rest, according to The Sun.

Maloney tried to convert the Hill Top Yard to a passenger site in 2015, but this was destroyed by the council at the time. He also lost his claim.
