Nahariya: New neighborhood – 1,786 housing units – real estate

This week, the “Saar Complex” plan for the construction of a new neighborhood in Nahariya was approved with 1,786 housing units with commercial areas and public buildings. The plan will enter the preparation phase for marketing and in 3 years will be ready to populate the residents. Open spaces, public buildings and more.

The neighborhood covers 378 dunams and is located in the northeast of Nahariya, bordering on the north on the new Road No. 89, which will pass north to the Western Galilee Hospital in Nahariya. In the planning of the neighborhood, a wide variety of buildings and types of high-texture construction, some of the buildings will have 7-8 floors and some without 12-14 floors, as well as low-rise construction in a roof-garden configuration and a ground-level cluster. A high school, 2 elementary schools, 5 kindergartens and day care centers are expected to be built in the neighborhood.
