Molly-Mae Hague has said that she and her boyfriend Tommy Fury would get a dog in the UK if they had the time again, following the death of pooch Mr Chai.
The Pomeranian died just six days after Tommy received it from Russia as a gift to his girlfriend and it later emerged that he was born with enlarged organs and part of his brain was open.
Speaking to The Sun, Molly-Mae, 21, described how she and Tommy, 21, would also never get a dog from abroad again.

She said: ‘If we had the chance again, we would not have come in from Russia.
The results of the autopsy showed that his skull was not fully developed and that no white blood cells were left in his body.
‘If we had time again, we would have a dog from the UK.’
It comes after Molly-Mae previously reported that she had been comfortable eating after the tragic death of her Pomeranian puppy.

The dog’s death was met with tragedy, forcing the couple to rest from the public eye for a few days.
Tommy bought the dog through the Cheshire-based business of Tiffany Chihuahuas & Pomeranians, which is licensed by Cheshire Council but not a guaranteed breeder with the Kennel Club.
Speaking of his sudden death, Molly-Mae said: ‘While we fully understand everyone’s views on being deported from Russia, you have to understand that this is not the case. which caused him to die.
‘He was going to die anyway. The results of the autopsy showed that his skull was not fully developed and part of his brain was exposed. There was not a single white blood cell in his body.

In a video, Molly-Mae told her audience: ‘None of us wanted to make a film or talk about this but after all we saw today and read comments everyone, I think it’s really important that we sit down and talk about it and explain how we feel and what we know now after obtain the results of the autopsy. ‘
After describing how lively Mr Chai was in the first few days with them ‘as a puppy should be’, they quickly noticed that he had started to show symptoms, with the athlete explanation: ‘His poo was runny, he was squealing, he wasn’t running. ‘
They took him to the vet and Molly recalled that while she was waiting outside, she could ‘tell something was wrong’, saying Mr Chai was ‘slowing down’ and said that dogs ‘almost know when they are about to die’.
Molly-Mae said 30 minutes later, the vet called and told them Mr Chai had been arrested and died.

Heartbreak: The star of the fact announced that Mr Chai had died in a heartbreak statement posted just six days after he welcomed the puppy into his home.
‘We were both very surprised,’ she explained. ‘Literally Tommy has just been thrown up everywhere’.
Representative Molly-Mae and Tommy confirmed that Mr Chai had died of ‘seizures and brain issues.’
A statement said: ‘Chai died of dementia and brain issues. This may be related to the skull of the puppies not being fully formed (see note on previous fontanelle below).
‘Chai died with a number of health issues described below and it is clear that the puppy was not in full health and may have been carrying an infection and battling it for some time before he reached Molly and Tommy. ‘
He then listed several diseases suffered by the dog, including: ‘white blood cells are not present in blood, anterior fontanelle not completely released, body position 3/5, liver density, enlarged spleen density, enlarged adrenal glands, dense kidneys, dense colon, congested lungs and dilated right ventricle heart. ‘
