
Mogwai have announced a full-length live show in support of their upcoming album As love continues, releasing February 19 through Temporary Residence. Performance will flow worldwide the previous week, currently scheduled for February 13 in Europe and the US, with Asia and Australia able to stream the next day, February 14. According to the Brooklyn Vegan, The performance was filmed at Tramway in Glasgow and is the first opportunity to hear the full album. There will also be presentations from previous albums.
As love continues produced by Dave Fridmann, who worked with the band almost during his performance with the band in Worcestershire. The LP also features contributions from Atticus Ross at Nine Inch Nails and saxophonist Colin Stetson. Opponent Stuart Braitwaithe mentioned in a press release that he was hoping As love continues which would take listeners on a new journey, saying “if you’re not somewhere amazing and why are you listening to weird music like this?”
When the album was released, the band released the main synth-heavy single “Dry Fantasy” and it is a visual scene full of purple fields, flowers and shades.
