Modern Family’s Nolan Gould reveals an impressive body transformation as he believes in fitness

Modern Family’s Nolan Gould reflects on the body’s dramatic transformation as it credits fitness for giving it ‘a reason to get up and stay motivated’

Nolan Gould unveiled his impressive fitness transformation after adopting a healthier diet and cutting back on alcohol amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

In addition to shipping home orders and home restrictions in Los Angeles, the 22-year-old actor opened up about his life after Modern Family removed his closing credentials ten months ago after 11 seasons .

‘I basically spent six months on holiday,’ Gould told People after the ABC hit sitcom ended. ‘But I feel like now is the time to decide where I want to go with my career, and it’s one of the ways you can do that. by changing my outlook and attitude. ‘

He continued: ‘I have been working out an hour and a half each day with my friend Michael who is a personal trainer. We have a distant social situation that has allowed me to be healthy while I am safe as well. ‘

‘It’s been nice. Especially being quarantined, with a reason to get up and stay motivated. It has been something that has been very healthy and progressive for me in quarantine. It has changed my outlook a lot, ‘he explained.

In addition, it replaces ‘teenage / lame boy’ foods, such as eating ‘four pizzas at a time’ and drinking soda, with lean protein and vegetables.

‘I’m eating so much healthier, even though there’s less of it,’ he said. ‘Nourishes the mind, the body, everything. And really, for me the biggest thing was cutting out alcohol, for me that has been really nice. ‘

The life change has made him feel ‘clearer’ as he takes acting classes and has done as much writing as possible. ‘

He also explained that he has been taking these steps to move back to ‘hope’ work soon.

Outside of the acting world, he finally intends to climb great rock walls in Yosemite ‘and make’ the Pacific Crest Trail up the coast of America, Mexico to Canada and back. ‘

He has also discovered his interest in parkour, which is a weapon training exercise.

‘I used to do parkour when I was a kid, and I really enjoyed it. Except, it became the place where I started going on stage, or I couldn’t make the next big move, and it scared me, and I was really hurt. big, ‘he said.

Gould admitted he even put his hip down, after trying to give a girl a good impression while doing parkour.

‘I was made after that, of course,’ he thought, while also admitting that he was obsessed with Keanu Reeves films and once wanted to do his own tricks.
