After a month and a half break, also following the closure, the handball Premier League was renewed tonight (Monday) with one big surprise. MK Holon, who is fighting for its place in the upper house, defeated the second in the table, Hapoel Rishon Lezion, 23:25.
Holon received four new-old players on its roster during the break: Nigerian midfielder Philipp Kahlo, and the three players from the youth team who returned from the Portugal project – Or Maman, Or Levy and Alon Shulman. The winner enjoyed a fantastic game by Aviad Ben Ziman. Rishon LeZion is recording a total second loss this season.

The last in the table, Urbani Rehovot, already thought they were recording a debut victory and first points of the season at the expense of Maccabi Kiryat Motzkin when they led them at the break 12:17, but a huge comeback by the guest led by Patrick Ubina, Alex Bushich and Amit Chamrinsky, turned the result. Bosic was the one in charge of the winning goal 55 seconds to go.
