Microsoft is delivering a solution to resolve Xbox Series X controller connection issues

From a shortage of deposits to buggy features, the Xbox Series X and S are definitely not launched. While some issues have been resolved, an issue that has persisted for an segment of the Xbox audience is a control connection. However, that may not be the case for longer.

Some players who were lucky enough to get their hands on the new consoles say the controllers are having trouble staying connected. According to a long thread on Microsoft ‘s help forum, which dates back to the system’ s release in November, the problem can occur in both black and blue versions of the admin.

In a statement issued to The Verge, a spokesperson for Microsoft said the company is aware of the issue and is actively working on a solution. Microsoft recommends that players continue to update their controllers as the configuration will be released in a future update.

Xbox isn’t the only console that seems to have control issues either. Back in December, there was an increase in complaints about the PS5’s DualSense controller. Some users argued that the hardware’s adaptive stimuli stopped offering protection and became diffuse. Fortunately, if players experience this issue, they can still send it to Sony to fix their controller.
