Officials at the palace told the paper that the move comes from an understanding that “more needs to be done” to promote values of equality and make minorities feel welcome in the royal family environment. It was also reported that the move comes in response to criticism leveled by Prince Harry and his wife, Megan Merkel, at certain elements in the royal family on the grounds that they are racists.
As part of the new program, employees at Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and Clarence House will attend workshops that will discuss various issues and will be asked to express a position on ways to improve the Royal Family’s image on the issue.

According to the Daily Mail, plans were presented for members of the royal family on how to improve relations with minority, disabled and disabled members of the proud community. A source told the newspaper: “This is an issue that is taken very seriously by the royal household. We are not afraid to look for new ways to deal with the issue.”
The issue came after harsh criticism from Prince Harry and his wife, Megan Merkel, who claimed in evidence on the American news network ABC that they had received racist treatment from members of the royal family and even made comments about their son’s possible skin color. Things caused a deep shock in the royal family and media in the UK reported that “the Queen does not know her soul from grief”.
