Mecha-King Ghidorah is said to be in Godzilla: King of the Monsters. This is why it could have been created by the death of Mechagodzilla in Godzilla vs Kong.
The death of Mechagodzilla could lead to the birth of Mecha-King Ghidorah in Godzilla vs Kong. The two mechanical kaiju are the old enemies of the King of Monsters in Toho movies, and they both seem to go for the MonsterVerse.
Mechagodzilla, the robotic representative of Godzilla, is widely seen as his second greatest enemy behind Gidorah. The kaiju robot has encountered five big screen encounters with Gojira, beginning with his first appearance in 1974 Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla. At times the character is used as a speaker, and at other times, he is a Japanese hero sent to save his people from the wrath of Godzilla. As for Mecha-Ghidorah, it was only used once in Toho movies. After the death of the three-headed monster entered Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, was rebuilt as a cyborg with a metal head. As a mentally controlled device of the main characters, Mecha-King Ghidorah was involved in a heat relay with Godzilla at the end of the film. He succeeded in driving Godzilla away, but lost his life in the process.

Both are likely to be repeated in the MonsterVerse, but it is not yet clear how they will be used. It may be the intention of the two to work as a duo, taking on the Godzilla / Kong team. Alternatively, they could appear in separate parts of the film. Nevertheless, it could be explained that their origins are connected. Here is why the role of Mechagodzilla could lead to Mecha-Ghidorah, and what this would mean for him Godzilla vs Kong’s last battle.
Evidence for Mechagodzilla & Mecha-Ghidorah in Godzilla vs Kong
At this stage, there is strong evidence for both Toho kaiju being represented Godzilla vs Kong. Mechagodzilla was believed to have been spotted King of monsters’ credits with “mechanical giant”In a newspaper headline. Introduced in Godzilla vs Kong it was damaged back in January 2020 by a toy leak. Godzilla vs Kong so far has avoided showing him directly, but his first official tease was dropped in the full trailer. A bullet at a blueprint of mecha-Titan sparked the MonsterVerse debate at Mechagodzilla. Also, the scientist standing in front of the blue plan is confirmed to be the APEX scientist, who reveals that it is this mysterious body that will build it.
Another APEX project in the film is probably Mecha-Ghidorah. One of Gidorah’s heads was preserved and discovered by Jonah (Charles Dance). Living has given him a way to return to MonsterVerse. Its regenerative properties and invisible, alien nature make it possible for him to be resurrected (even if all that is left of it is his head). While some might expect this line-up to be saved for potential Godzilla 3, it seems to play out much faster. Details from the official set tour revealed that the head of Gidorah is in the film, and will be used to “mechanical creature”. That monster could very well be Mecha-Ghidorah.
Godzilla (No Kong) could kill Mechagodzilla early
Common opinion about it Godzilla vs Kong is that Mechagodzilla is the main villain that the two Titans fight, but that may be too much of an appreciation of his career. The live speaker may not see the final screening of the film. The main reason Mechagodzilla in the story may have been to start fighting Godzilla and Kong. Like what he did Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla, he could be questioned as the true Godzilla. If so, that would explain why Monarch sees it as a threat, and would also make sense of the secret Godzilla-APEX connection.
Mechagodzilla could be destroyed by Godzilla or Kong. By this time, he would have already started fighting Godzilla and Kong. Kong would attack on a case of erroneous identity just once enough to renew the conflict of their ancestors.
How Mechagodzilla can lead to Mecha-Ghidorah
Another way for Mechagodzilla to influence the story is by creating Mecha-Ghidorah, returning the connection between the two monsters from Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II. Taking place after the fall of Mecha-King Ghidorah Godzilla vs King Ghidorah, Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla II revealed that the Japanese government has discovered a new use for the body of the cyborg. They recycled the technology with the power of Mecha-Ghidorah and used it to build Mechagodzilla. Godzilla vs Kong he can do the opposite by taking Mechagodzilla to Mecha-Ghidorah instead. The King of the monsters beliefs have confirmed that scientists have been working on making organic Titans in the past, and this research could be a key way to bring Gidorah back to life. Combining this technology, the head of Gidorah, and the remnants of Mechagodzilla could be a MonsterVerse recipe for Mecha-Ghidorah.
Mecha-Ghidorah can be like Godzilla vs Kong’s Villain
If Mechagodzilla falls early, Mecha-Ghidorah may appear as Godzilla vs Kong’s true villain. After using his abilities to import power from an electric grid, Ghidorah was strong enough to defeat even Godzilla himself. King of the monsters. Were it not for the Mothra blockade, there is a good chance that Gojira would have come to an end. It is for this reason that the Ghidorah cyborg may be the best choice for the last opponent of Godzilla and Kong. If APEX finds a way to make their rebuilt Gidorah more powerful than the original, just one Titan may not have the power to take it down.
Mecha-Ghidorah is possibly at the heart of Gojira’s story. The trailer features him as a spokesman who has been attacked against people, but based on what is known about him in the MonsterVerse and Madison comments about him that are likely to be provoked, it’s hard to be thinking Godzilla is turning against the people for no good reason. Its promotion could be driven by Ghidorah and APEX, as it was noted in the trailer that APEX sites are being destroyed for unknown reasons. If Godzilla is aware of human efforts to revive his old enemy, he would be rightly motivated to destroy all APEX bases. The APEX-oriented Godzilla may be creating this misconception that Godzilla is the villain. With Kong and Monarch getting the center of the fight with him, Godzilla’s fight could be stopped to stop Gidorah’s resurrection. At the end of the film, Mecha-Ghidorah could come into view, resulting in a trusting alliance between the King of Monsters and the King of the Island of Skull.
