Manchester United’s first leg Europa League clash against Real Sociedad next week could be transferred to another country due to travel restrictions in Spain.
Juventus’ home in Turin is understood to be one of the places under consideration for the final 32 game of the week on Thursday.
The Spanish government has refused to exempt elite UK sports teams from traveling to the country without the need for quarantine despite appeals from the Spanish FA and Sociedad.

If the match cannot be scheduled for San Sebastian, it is up to Sociedad to find another place and it is believed that the club has already contacted Juventus. However, that also required permission from the Italian government for United and Sociedad to travel to the country.
A final decision is expected in the next day or two although there are no issues with the home leg at Old Trafford a week later on 25 February.
