Maccabi Tel Aviv: Ex Vladimir Ivitch will be fired from Watford

Is Vladimir Ivitch on his way out of Watford? According to a report published tonight (Saturday) in the British Telegraph, one of the top newspapers in the kingdom, the club’s management is expected to fire ex-Maccabi Tel Aviv within 48 hours, after only four months in office.

The reason for the unclear move is unknown. Just a few days ago, the Serbian coach won the title of coach of the month in November at the championship, and at this point his team is ranked in fifth place, nine points away from the first Norwich in the table.

Today Ivica and Watford recorded a disappointing loss for them, after surrendering 2-0 to Huddersfield in the 20th round of the league. His balance sheet now stands at 9 wins, 7 draws and 4 losses in the sub-league. This may be the first time the 43-year-old coach has been sacked during the season.
