The final of the State Volleyball Cup will provide a huge meeting: Maccabi Tel Aviv against Hapoel Kfar Saba. The two big rivals made it to the semi-finals tonight (Monday) with victories over the qualifier and Eilabun respectively and will meet head to head for the coveted title on Thursday.
Maccabi Tel Aviv – Hapoel HaMa’apil Emek Hefer / Menashe 0: 3 (15:25, 23:25, 18:25)
The Yellows opened the game with a storm and reached a 0: 5 advantage, but the qualifier quickly returned to the game and reduced it to 10: 9. From here, Gal Galili’s players took the reins and went up to a 11:18 advantage on the way to victory in the entire campaign 15:25. The second game started close to 5: 5, the Maapil players took a 5: 9 advantage, but Maccabi Tel Aviv went out for a timeout and from there returned in full force until 15:15. From here until the end of the game a very close game developed in which the Yellows won Barely 23:25.
Maccabi Tel Aviv started the third game well and led it from the beginning with a small advantage when the qualifier did not let it escape, but in the situation of 10:13 the Yellows got into things and gradually increased the gap to victory in the game 18:25 and the whole game.
Hapoel Kfar Saba – MS Eilabun 0: 3 (17:25, 13:25, 14:25)
The Greens entered the game in an excellent way with the excellent ability of Selva in Chekla and led 2: 9, but Eilabun were not frightened and managed to reduce to 6:10. Kfar Saba continued to dominate the game and gained a 11:18 advantage on the way to an easy victory in the first set 17:25. The second game started more closely with Eilabun staying in the picture at least at the beginning of the game and reaching 5: 5, but good moves by Tamir Hershko and her grandfather Debash raised the Greens again to a 5: 8 advantage and later to 9:15 and a victory in the game 13:25. In the third set, Kfar Sabba already dominated unchallenged on the way to a 14:25 victory.
