To make this recipe you had to.

1. Take a mixer, add bay leaves, soft red chili, kokum or lemon juice, black pepper, coriander powder, cumin seeds. Give everything a nice mix. Mix in a fine wrap.
2. Take a lauki and peel it. Cut it into slices.
3. Now, take a scooper or spoon and pull out small collectors from the lauki.
4. Place them over a plate, sprinkle a little salt over it.
5. Heat kadhai with a little ghee, drop the laukis or keto and fried potatoes until they turn yellow
6. Remove it with the help of a spoon, move on to a plate.
7. In the same kadhai, add a few cumin seeds.
8. Let it splutter, add ginger-garlic paste. Then add the mixed masala.
9. Add a little water to the mixing jar, then pour the water into the kadhai.
7. Cook on a medium flame, add turmeric powder, and then a little salt.
8. As soon as the oil separates, add tomato puree.
9. Finally add the lauki or keto potatoes, mix well.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
